Our service provides personalized, faith-based letters to children, designed to teach them about Christian values and morals in an engaging and memorable way. By subscribing to our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS), which outline the rights and responsibilities of both you and Letters from God.

Service Description
Letters from God offers two subscription tiers:
Monthly Tier: For $7 per month, your child receives one letter per month.
Bi-Weekly Tier: For $14 per month, your child receives two letters per month. Each letter is written in a style as if it is from God, and includes:
- A black-and-white illustration on the front for your child to color.
- A personalized message inside, addressing your child by name.
- A scripture on the back. Letters are part of a 4-year storyline, providing a cohesive narrative that unfolds over time.
Subscribers can join at any time, but the story is designed to be most impactful when followed sequentially. Letters are shipped within the United States only.
User Account and Registration
To subscribe, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and your child’s name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for any activities that occur under your account.
By subscribing, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom you are subscribing and have the authority to provide the necessary information and consent to these terms. You are responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for your child’s age and maturity level.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). By subscribing, you are providing your consent for Letters from God to collect and use your child’s personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Letters from God collects and uses your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your data and obtain parental consent for children under 13. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your first letter will be sent upon confirmation of your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting our customer service team at GodsLetters@pm.me.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a letter has been sent, no refunds will be provided. If you cancel before a letter is sent, we will not send that letter, and you will not be charged for it. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes or fees, which will be added as required by law. Payments are processed through Stripe, and their terms and conditions apply to all transactions.
User Conduct
You agree to use our service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the letters without our written permission. Letters from God reserves the right to terminate your subscription if you violate these terms.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content in the letters, including text, illustrations, and any other materials, is the property of Letters from God and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the letters for your child’s personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the letters or any part of them without our written permission.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
Letters from God provides its service ‘as is’ and makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The company is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from the postal service or any other third-party delivery services. The letters are based on Christian teachings and are intended to provide a general understanding of those teachings. However, the company does not claim to be a religious authority, and users are encouraged to consult with their own religious leaders or texts for definitive interpretations.
Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children’s use of the service and for determining whether the content is appropriate for their child. The company is not responsible for any harm or damage that may result from a child’s use of the service. In no event shall Letters from God be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.
Third-Party Services
Letters from God uses Stripe for payment processing and may use other third-party service providers for mailing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. Letters from God is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party providers.
Service Discontinuation
Letters from God reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. In the event of discontinuation, the company will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers.
Price Changes
Letters from God reserves the right to change the pricing for the service at any time. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change is posted. If you do not wish to accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Data Security
Letters from God takes reasonable steps to protect the security of your personal information, but no transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk regarding the security of your information.
Right to Refuse Service
Letters from God reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any user at its discretion, without notice or explanation.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
Letters from God may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Letters from God regarding the use of the service.
Severability
If any part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of Letters from God to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
